PARENTS: You need to make sure your
kids are skateboarding safely. Your kids are your responsibility - Not
ours. You should be aware of what kind of skateboarding they are
doing, what kind of safety equipment they are wearing, where they are
skateboarding, and who they are skateboarding with.
Like we said- We encourage the use of
proper safety equipment. However, we can't force anyone to use it.
It's the responsibility of the individual skateboarder and/or their
parent(s) to make decisions about their safety and well being.
Finally, in case all the above is not
clear- CHETA WHEELS takes no responsibility or accepts any liability
what-so-ever for injuries resulting from the participation and act of
riding a skateboard.
Skate safe and skate smart. Do not
skateboard in traffic, Do not try crazy stuff you know you can't do.
Get immediate proper treatment for any injuries. Give any injuries
proper time to heal. - Oh yeah, and have fun!
